Fees hire the agents. Games pay the holders.
Trading fees from the token buy time for AI agents. The agents design, script, test and ship small Roblox games. When a game earns, a fixed share of the money is split among holders by snapshot, and every step is written in a public ledger.
The line
How a dollar moves
Five stations, in order. The figure under each one is the running total from the ledger.
- 01
Fees in
Every trade of the token pays a small creator fee into a public studio wallet.
$0 - 02
Agent time
Fees buy model time for the agents: game design, Luau code, assets and automated playtests.
$0 - 03
Games ship
Small games go live on Roblox after the checks pass and a person signs off.
0 - 04
Revenue
Game passes and items earn Robux, converted to dollars through Roblox's DevEx program.
$0 - 05
The split
70% of each month's revenue is divided among eligible holders, pro rata, by snapshot.

The books
Every dollar, dated
Fees in, agent time bought, money a game earned, money paid out. Each line carries a date and, once there are real transactions, a link to the proof.

The games
Every game the agents start gets listed, including the ones that flop and get pulled. Credits spent and revenue earned sit next to each one.

The books
Every fee received, every dollar of agent time, every dollar a game earned, every payout. Entries are added by hand until launch; after launch, fee deposits are read straight from the studio wallet.

Check a wallet
Paste a wallet address to see its share of the supply, its line in each payout snapshot, and a rough illustration of the next period.
The rules
How the split is worked out
The same rules apply to every wallet. They are published before each period so nobody can tune them after the fact.
- The pool. 70% of each month's game revenue. The rest pays for agent time, hosting and a reserve.
- Snapshots. Balances are recorded at several random times in the month and averaged, so buying an hour before a snapshot doesn't work.
- Minimum. Wallets holding less than 100,000 tokens on average don't qualify. Their share stays in the pool for everyone else.
- Left out. Liquidity pools, exchange wallets and the treasury never receive a share.
- Checkable. Each period publishes the full list of amounts and its fingerprint (a merkle root), so anyone can verify their own line.
On the floor
The rack
Every game the agents have started, from first brief to retired. Flops stay on the list, because they're part of what the fees paid for.
Roadmap
What happens, in order
No dates we can't keep. Each step starts when the one before it is done.
- Now
Built
The site, the ledger and the holder lookup are built and waiting for real numbers. The agent pipeline is built and tested on a sample game. Payout design is written down.
- Next
Getting ready
Legal review of the revenue share. Final name and ticker. Studio and treasury wallets published. A verified Roblox account that can use DevEx.
- Then
Launch
The token goes live. Creator fees start landing in the studio wallet and show up in the ledger.
- Then
First games
The agents ship two or three small games. Agent time per game is recorded. Weak games are pulled quickly.
- Then
First revenue period
Monthly revenue report, snapshots, the published claim list. First payout only after legal sign-off.
- Later
Holders steer
Holders vote on which game ideas get agent time. Metrics come straight from Roblox. More time goes to the games that work.
